About us

Emmaus Student Ministry exists to lead students to know Jesus and make Him known (Matt. 28:19-20). ESM strives to create an environment where students can grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus, encourage one another through biblical community, use their spiritual gifts through leadership and service opportunities, and be equipped to live missionally in their local context (school/neighborhood/job) and wherever else God might lead them (Heb. 10:24-25; Eph. 4:11-14; Acts 1:8). Eikon (Greek for image/likeness, pronounced "icon") is a worship service for all 6th-12th grade students. At Eikon, students will worship together, study God's Word in small groups, play games, and have fun! ESM's goal at Eikon is to help guide students to become more like Jesus and reflect His image (eikon) in all areas of their lives (2 Cor. 3:18). Eikon meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30pm.
