At the end of his earthly ministry, Jesus commissioned his followers with a task - to go and make disciples of all people (Matthew 28:18-20). What does it look like to make disciples in our modern society? How can we pursue this mission with greater passion and efficacy? How should our theology of God’s mission affect our daily lives?
The Equipping Classes at the Institute for Disciple Making are designed to help answer all of these questions and more. In each of these classes, we will train followers of Jesus in both the theology and mechanics of being a disciple and making new disciples. Perspectives on the World Christian Movement will give you a new and deeper understanding of God's story in reconciling the world to Himself, and His desire for you to be a part of that story. It will change the way you view the world, and leave you with a clear understanding of God's role for you in it.
